Send‑out labs (LabCorp)

If labs are needed, we collect your specimen in the office and send it to LabCorp. LabCorp is an independent company we use to process tests and deliver results. Their services are not included in the ~$150 office visit.

  • LabCorp bills separately (insurance through LabCorp or self‑pay at LabCorp).
  • We’ll review the test indications and expected costs before sending.
  • Results return electronically to your chart (MyChart/Epic) when available.

Yes. You’ll receive an itemized receipt in MyChart (Epic) and can request a printed copy at checkout.

Can I submit the receipt to insurance for possible reimbursement?

Many patients submit their itemized receipt to their insurer. Coverage varies by plan; contact your insurer for details.

What if I need an X‑ray or lab?

We’ll discuss indications and pricing first. If you approve, we’ll proceed and include it on your itemized receipt.
